Placing an order

To place an order on the Website www.elorys.com, you must meet the following conditions:

  • be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract;
  • provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information (including: name, delivery address, contact details);
  • provide a valid payment method accepted by Elorys.com (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, other methods available through the payment processor Mollie).

By clicking the “Place Order” button on the checkout page:

  • you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the Orders and Delivery policy;
  • you express your firm consent to conclude a sales contract with ELORYS.

Order acceptance and processing

Placing an order on the Website www.elorys.com represents a firm offer on your part to purchase the products listed in that order. ELORYS reserves the right to accept or refuse the order, at its sole discretion, in accordance with legal provisions and our Terms and Conditions.

Reasons for refusing or canceling an order

We may refuse or cancel an order in the following situations (the list is not exhaustive):

  • Unavailability of the ordered products (for example, out of stock);
  • Critical errors in the product description or prices displayed on the Website;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • Breach or attempted breach of the applicable Terms and Conditions;
  • Other justified operational or security factors.

Customer Notification

If we are unable to accept and fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible by email or telephone. In this case, you will not be charged for the order or, if payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund, in accordance with the applicable procedure.

Order Acceptance

Final acceptance of the order is considered to have been made at the time of shipment of the products, when you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery process

We, Elorys.com, are committed to delivering the ordered products in optimal conditions, in the shortest possible time and in perfect condition.

Stages of the delivery process:

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed and accepted, we immediately initiate the purchasing process

2. Ordering from suppliers

We place the order for the chosen products with our trusted suppliers.

3. Receipt and verification in the warehouse

Ordered products are delivered to our local warehouse in Romania, where they are rigorously inspected to ensure compliance and quality and are properly prepared for delivery (secure and elegant packaging).

4. Final shipment

After the verification process is completed, the order is handed over to DHL (premium courier service) for delivery to you.

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the time the order is shipped from our warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that the delivery time may vary slightly depending on:

  • product availability;
  • geographical location of delivery;
  • possible exceptional situations (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, peak periods).

5. Delivery Notifications

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched. This email will contain:

  • the tracking number;
  • the tracking link provided by DHL.

You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment via the tracking link.

Delivery areas

We deliver to all European Union member countries and selected non-EU countries within the European continent covered by the DHL Express network.
A full list of eligible countries is shown at checkout or can be obtained from our Customer Service team.

Delivery restrictions

We do not ship orders to:

  • P.O. boxes;
  • military addresses;
  • countries outside of Europe.

Important note

If you place an order with a shipping address that is not eligible according to our shipping policy, the order will be canceled and you will be informed as soon as possible.

Delivery costs

All delivery costs are paid separately by the customer, based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Shipping charges are clearly shown during checkout before confirming your order.

Details

We do not charge additional fees for standard delivery service. This free delivery policy applies to all orders placed on the Website www.elorys.com, with delivery to eligible countries in Europe.

Important note

For deliveries made outside the standard coverage area or for requesting express/personalized delivery services, additional costs may apply, which will be communicated and agreed in advance with the customer.

In the absence of an explicit request, the order will be processed via free standard delivery.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is communicated in the order confirmation email and is calculated depending on the destination of the order and the availability of the products.

The standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from the time the order is shipped from our warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination and the transport and operating conditions of the courier.

Important aspects to note

During special promotions, public holidays or in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: adverse weather conditions, customs delays, courier strikes), delivery may be delayed compared to the standard estimated delivery time.

Elorys.com will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the estimated delivery time is respected and will inform the customer in the event of significant delays.

Delivery Tracking

To provide you with a transparent and predictable delivery experience, Elorys.com offers you the option of order tracking.

Shipment Confirmation

After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain:

  • the shipment tracking number;
  • the package tracking link provided by DHL courier service.

Order Tracking

You can monitor the delivery status in real time by accessing the tracking link provided in the confirmation email. Through this link you will have access to updated information regarding:

  • the current location of the package;
  • the delivery status;
  • any delivery notifications (e.g.: in transit, in delivery, delivered).

If you are having difficulty tracking your order or if you notice any unexpected delays, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Unsuccessful delivery

If the courier fails to deliver the order (for example, if you are not available at the delivery address provided), the following process will be followed:

Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt to deliver according to its standard policy (usually one or more delivery attempts). In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier will:

  • leave a notice at the delivery address (physically or electronically);
  • provide information on the possibility of rescheduling the delivery or picking up the package from a collection point.

Returning the package

If delivery remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to the ELORYS warehouse.

Further actions

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to reorganize the shipment of the order and/or discuss the option of refunding the amount paid.

Additional costs

If re-shipping the package is not possible or is refused by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct from the refundable amount any additional shipping and handling costs generated by the unsuccessful delivery and return of the package.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery address information and to ensure that they can receive the package at the indicated address.

We encourage you to monitor the delivery status via the tracking link provided and to work with the courier to facilitate delivery.

Transfer of risk and ownership

Transfer of ownership

Legal ownership of the ordered products is transferred to you when full payment for the order has been made and the products have been shipped from our warehouse.

Transfer of Risk

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. From this point on, you are responsible for the integrity and security of the products.

Clarification

If delivery is unjustifiably refused or cannot be made due to the customer’s fault, the risk on the products is considered transferred starting from the first delivery attempt made by the courier.

Force Majeure

ELORYS shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform contractual obligations to the extent that they are caused by events or circumstances that are reasonably beyond its control.

Examples of force majeure events:

  • natural disasters (e.g. earthquakes, floods, fires);
  • armed conflicts, wars, terrorist attacks;
  • embargoes or other international trade restrictions;
  • strikes or other labor disputes affecting third parties (e.g. suppliers, couriers, carriers);
  • actions of government authorities or restrictions imposed by law;
  • significant customs delays;
  • major disruptions to transportation and logistics networks.

Our obligations in the event of force majeure

In such situations, we will make all reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on orders and deliveries and promptly inform customers of any relevant changes to delivery times.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or adapt the performance of our contractual obligations, for the duration and within the limits of the effects generated by the force majeure event.
