Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) carefully, as accessing, browsing, registering on the Website and/or using any available Services implies full and unconditional acceptance thereof.
By using the Website and/or placing an order for the products and services offered, you declare that you have read, fully understood and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety, thus becoming part of this legal agreement between you (“User”) and the company operating the Website (ACCENT BOLDESCU SRL).

J2024009925401, with Unique Registration Code RO43522105, as the owner, administrator and operator of the Website.
“You”, “client”, “user” – designates any natural person aged at least 18 or legal entity who accesses the Website, browses within it, uses the Services offered and/or places an order for products through the Website.
“Website” – means the online platform available at www.elorys.com, managed by Elorys, through which the Products are presented and sold and where our Services are offered.
“Services” – means all the functionalities and facilities made available to Users through the Website, including but not limited to: presenting and selling the Products, managing the customer account, processing orders and payments, delivering the Products and providing after-sales support.
“Products” – means the luxury fashion items (including but not limited to: clothing, footwear, accessories, bags, jewelry, etc.), available for purchase on the Website, marketed by Elorys in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
“Order” – means any request submitted by a User through the Website, having as its object the purchase of one or more Products listed on the Website.
“Contract” – represents the legal agreement concluded between Elorys and the Client, upon confirmation of acceptance of an Order by Elorys, having as its object the sale and delivery of the ordered Products. “
“Content” – designates all information available on the Website in any form (texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, product descriptions, technical specifications, promotional materials, etc.), which are the property of Elorys or its partners and are protected by intellectual property rights.
About Us
ELORYS is an authorized merchant and is solely responsible for managing the Website and conducting commercial activities through it.
All products presented and available for sale on the Website are sold directly by ELORYS.
We do not act as an agent, intermediary or representative for third parties in the sales process.
Therefore, the sales contract for any product purchased through the Website is concluded exclusively between you, as a customer, and ELORYS, as a seller.

Purchase and delivery process
When the customer places an order through the Website, the products are supplied by ELORYS from trusted and authorized suppliers, respecting the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
Once the products are received by ELORYS, they are subjected to a rigorous verification and quality control process within our warehouse located in Romania.
After completing the verification process, the products are prepared for delivery and are shipped to the end customer via the DHL express courier service, thus ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
All deliveries are made in compliance with the delivery terms and conditions specified on the Website at the time of placing the order.
Service Limitations

Placing Orders
Product orders are placed exclusively through the Website, by completing and completing the checkout process.
When placing an order, you confirm that:

Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are expressed in Euros and include the applicable VAT according to the legislation in force.
The prices displayed are valid at the time of placing the order and do not include, if applicable, customs duties or other taxes applicable outside the territory of Romania.

Payment Authorization

If the payment is refused or cannot be processed, the order will not be completed and will not produce legal effects.
If the payment has been initiated, but we subsequently identify errors or the impossibility of honoring the order (for example: lack of stock), we will inform you and you will have the right to either confirm the order under the new conditions or request cancellation and reimbursement of the amounts paid.
Delivery
Delivery Method
The delivery of products ordered through the Website www.elorys.com is carried out via the DHL express courier service.
We ensure delivery to all countries in Europe where DHL operates, in accordance with its international logistics network and policies.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 3 – 5 business days from the moment of confirmation of the order shipment (confirmation of shipment will be communicated to you by e-mail).
Although we make every effort to respect these deadlines, in certain situations (e.g. busy periods, external conditions beyond our control, force majeure events), there may be delays. In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Delivery costs
For all orders placed on www.elorys.com, delivery costs are borne by the customer.
The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout, based on the destination and weight/volume of the parcel.
Transfer of risk and liability
Responsibility and risk for the ordered products are transferred to the customer when the products are delivered to the address indicated in the order and are picked up by the customer or a person authorized by him.
We recommend that you check the integrity of the package upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or products, we encourage you to mention these aspects in the courier’s delivery report and contact us immediately.
Delivery Restrictions
We cannot guarantee delivery to locations where courier services do not have coverage or where local legal restrictions prohibit the import of certain product categories.
If the address provided cannot be served by DHL or if other logistical limitations arise, we will promptly inform you and try to identify an acceptable alternative solution.
International Delivery
Geographical Coverage
We deliver exclusively to European countries, according to the available delivery network of our express delivery partner DHL.
We do not ship orders outside of Europe!
Responsibility for import regulations
The customer is responsible for knowing and complying with local legal regulations regarding the import of luxury fashion goods in the country of destination.
In the event that certain products are subject to import restrictions, are prohibited or require special authorizations in the country of destination, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the respective order can be legally imported.
ELORYS cannot be held liable for the impossibility of delivery or for the refusal of customs clearance caused by non-compliance with the local regulations of the country of destination.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with international delivery, you confirm that:
- you understand and agree to pay all applicable customs duties and taxes in the country of destination;
- you are aware of any additional delivery times that may occur due to the customs clearance process;
- you are responsible for providing any additional information/documents required for the customs clearance process, if applicable.
Return and Cancellation of Order
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed into applicable national legislation, individual customers who purchase products through the Website www.elorys.com have the right to cancel the sales contract, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products by the customer or by a third party designated by him.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear and explicit written notification of your decision to cancel the order, by one of the following methods:
- e-mail to the address indicated on the Website (returns@elorys.com);
- standard withdrawal form;
The withdrawal notification must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Conditions for returning products
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the products to ELORYS, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of sending the notification of withdrawal.
The returned products must meet the following conditions:
- be in perfect condition (without signs of wear, damage or use);
- be accompanied by the original labels intact;
- be returned in the complete original packaging, including any accessories, documentation or other materials delivered with the product.
Products that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs
The direct cost of returning the products is borne entirely by the customer.
You are responsible for organizing the return shipping and ensuring the safe delivery of the products to the address indicated by ELORYS.
Refund of paid amounts
Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products and verification of their conformity, we will refund the amount paid for the respective products, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless we mutually agree on another method.
If the returned products show defects or signs of use that affect their re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to apply a proportional reduction in the refunded amount.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Certain products may be exempted from the right of withdrawal under applicable law (e.g. sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery). These exceptions will be clearly indicated in the product description, where applicable.

Force Majeure
What is force majeure
ELORYS shall not be liable for delays, non-performance or defective performance of any contractual obligation to the extent that it is caused by a force majeure event, as defined by applicable law and legal practice.
Force majeure is understood to mean any external, unpredictable, absolutely invincible and unavoidable event that cannot be controlled or influenced by the contracting parties and that makes it impossible to perform, in whole or in part, the obligations assumed.
Examples (indicative and non-limiting list) of force majeure events include:
- armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, state of siege;
- natural disasters: earthquakes, floods, major fires, hurricanes, extreme drought;
- officially recognized epidemics or pandemics;
- government decisions or other acts of public authority that restrict the free movement of goods or people or prohibit trade;
- generalized disruption of communication networks, transport networks or energy systems.
Effects of force majeure
In the event of a force majeure event, the affected obligations of ELORYS will be suspended for the duration of the respective situation.
If the force majeure event persists for a continuous period of more than 30 (thirty) calendar days, either party will have the right to terminate the contract, by written notice, without either party being able to claim damages from the other.
Notification Obligation
The party invoking a force majeure event is obliged to notify the other party in writing, within a maximum of 5 (five) business days from the occurrence of the event, and to provide appropriate supporting documents (if applicable).
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Romania and the applicable legislation of the European Union, where relevant.
Any dispute arising between ELORYS and users (customers) in connection with the use of the Website www.elorys.com, in connection with the products sold or with the interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
The parties will make every effort to amicably resolve any divergence or dispute that may arise from the use of the Website or from the execution of the sales contract.
If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be referred for resolution to the competent Romanian courts of law at the headquarters of ELORYS, unless the law imperatively provides for another jurisdiction in favor of the consumer.
